I've heard this before where Rulers lose XP due to someone losing their crest, BUT they have no clue who!

Is there a way that a message could pop up with their name? "You have lost 11,000 XP due to Dina being demoted." OR even a message on the Guardian Mission Board would be awesome. Perhaps the Rulers could ask through that to see who was demoted?
