Memorial Rooms?

I know at one point room names could be purchased, others were in memorium (ex: Ladybug's Perseverance). We have lost quite a few players since those days, and like or hate them, many were influential to the game we love (ex: Munchkin). Would it be possible to have some rooms named for them? Would they need fundage? Role-plays?

I'm glad you asked. The dev team discussed this recently and we are planning on one centralized memorial room with some kind of marker/alcove for each of the players we wish to memorialize.

If anyone has ideas for the memorial, or specific players we need to include, please feel free to share here.

It is different than the Museum being worked on by AoE?

Yes, it is not the same as the Museum. More like a Mausoleum.

When did tux pass? I still credit my mentors, and tux is top of that list, and Munchkin just for getting me into the dream in the first place. i don't even remember what game we met in the first place that she told me about Underllight in. i would love memorials perhaps by focus for dreamers like tux, Purple Lace, Munchkin ad so many others that influenced many in good ways. Munchkin and Minuette influenced my dreams. iif you suddenly find yourself pants less.. its the spirit of capricious and we all might smile in memory

I am still trying to verify whom passed away for certain. ((Dreamstrike doesn't count - I don't think the controller of purple lace has passed away IRL))

I knew Charlene (Munchkin) had fallen very ill, but I didn't know she had passed away. Has this been verified?
I am still trying to verify Tux passed as well, we had someone "try" to import tux, unsuccessfully I might add.

I know we've lost Ishido, badger and BC Killian. Other than that I'm not sure on the others. Anyone heard from cyborg512? He was in poor health 10+ years ago when I last spoke with him.

I stopped by Purple Lace's house a few weeks ago. There was a for sale sign and no one answered. I have a feeling she is still alive though.

Tried reaching out to Lyra-Dagger, no dice.

Might I suggest the pool in the middle of the Teaching Halll? It has wings (symbolism) and is accessible to everyone.

Charlene hasn't passed away. She's living in an assisted care facility the last I heard.
