referral rewards

Seams like a good way to get some insentive for new people and for new people to stay is always to do referal rewards.
Some kind of reward for people referred, and the people they have referred.
Like some award tokens for the referrer, and some EXP for the referred. Getting more (with the options for reward tokens for the referred) at every sphere they make it to.
