Second City?

Over the past year or so Cricket and I have been tossing around the idea of a second city of dreams. The idea is to offer a second option to players who may want a different game environment. This roleplay environment would be hosted on a separate server and would be completely different from the current game environment. We have some ideas put together and would like to see what sort of interest there would be. This would not take away from the current story, the current version, or the current city. Both would exist side by side. You could play one or log into the other instead.

Attributes of the second city:
1) Entirely new city that is NOT Underlight. Different name, different story, different everything. Nothing would overlap and neither would have anything to do with the other. The only thing that would be the same is that it would still be based in a "dream". There would never be any crossover with the Underlight universe.
2) Entirely new names for the focii and arts.
3) All new characters starting fresh with a clean slate.
4) Two factions with opposing pre-determined belief structures that will serve as the center point of the story/RP environment. This would mean only two main planes and a handful of outer planes for hunting, exploration, etc.
5) All new plane names and designs. Nothing would be a direct copy, but some places may be similar. We have to use textures we already have, but things would look very different.
6) Minimal GM intervention. Once players reach a point where they can begin to teach themselves, it will be up to players to push each other to advance. No missions or markets. There would be very few GM characters to rely on and their focus and function would be more background oriented.
7) This would be based in a much smaller city overall.
8) There would still be "darkmare" type characters that we would run to provide entertainment and chances for items/xp.
9) Players drive the story. We provide the foundation and you take it from there.
