Doctor Mortas Le Rouge is an absolutely fantastic character. You can tell whoever's playing him has a lot of experience creating a compelling character and completely nailed it on the hilarious creepy gentleman mad scientist factor. My interactions with him are few and split across different characters, but it's been a VERY enjoyable encounter on every occasion.

Kudos to Dr. Le Rouge!
