My wife developed a hole in her small intestine leading to septic shock. She is currently in critical care barely hanging on to life. I will be preoccupied and not dreaming for a while.

Thanks for all the well wishes. She was in a coma on a ventilator for two weeks, in the ICU for three, now she is in a long term recovery hospital. I visit her every night so no dream time. If you ever see a soap opera where someone is in a coma and can wake up and remember who shot J.R. It is very unrealistic. Within the past week or two her mental state has improved to almost her normal self. Which is good because she kept telling me about being visited by one of our dead cats, which was kinda creepy. Her memory is still a little cloudy, but most of that will come back in time.
