The purpose of this meeting was to hand over the Captaincy of the City Guard over to Duck. I believe that she has the energy and the capacity to see the project through to its final end. I believe that by bringing in younger, newer eyes she can drive the city guard to it's potential and cement it's place in the crucial functions of the city.

I am happily to remain as an advisor - but I do not have the capacity to drive it with the same energy I had when I began the project.
