What's so great about dancing?

Dancing , what is the point? Some love it, some hate it. Can anyone learn?, sure, why not.

Dancing keeps you fit.
Dancing improves your strength and endurance.
Dancing improves your posture and flexibility and coordination.
Dancing calms anxiety.
Dancing releases endorphins.
Dancing improves your mood.
Dancing builds social bonding.
and it's just damn fun.

There is no right or wrong way to dance, sure there's dances that are structured, but nothing wrong at all with just letting loose and going wild! Anything goes, just don't be gross.

The first dance lesson i hope to have will be a simple, classic waltz. Hopefully sometime this week. Time and place will be upcoming on the Edict Board.
