TEACHERS: Support Train Process

The large number of returning teachers, has necessitated a public bulletin in regards to the process of writing "Mini's", or Support Train Quests. Due to recent changes in the process, it is encouraged for all Teachers to ensure that they are familiar with this process.

Questing "Mini's":
1) Evoke "Quest"
2) Target "Support Train"
3) Target the Master Teacher to be taught
4) Write the art name and plateau, in the title. IE: "Drain 40 Mini-Dakkoth"
5) Write a quest of rough difficulty equal to 1/<number of supports required>. So, a 10 plateau would be roughly 1/2 of a 10 plat quest.. since 2 supports are required.

As a quick guideline, the following are suggested:
- 10 to 40 plateau... this works out roughly to half a 10 plat in difficulty.
- 50 to 70 plat... roughly a 10 plateau quest.
- 80 or 90 plateau mini's should be roughly around a 20 plateau quest.

Number of Supports Required for each Plateau:
- 10 Plat = 2
- 20-30 Plat = 3
- 40-60 Plat = 4
- 70-90 Plat = 5

Creating a Support:
1) MT reports the quest as normal to the teacher.
2) Teacher evokes "Support Train"
3) Teacher targets the art named on the Quest Codex.
4) Teacher targets the Master Teacher.
4) Teacher passes the Support Ribbon to the MT.

Remember please, Teachers can only support arts that they themselves Know. This does include Flames and Blades of any focus, same as normal training of such arts.
