Weathered Scroll

Two nights ago, I went into Starlight Cavern to check on .... things, and I found both a Weathered Scroll (below) and an Insight Gem. So, in the spirit of sharing, I share this part of the riddle, as Jax did in her post "Worn Scroll".
(P) Walking, running, stomping around
Upon you we tread, no worries to be found.
A flip of the coin over the edge
A wish made and a vow was pledged.
