Master Teachers Meeting August 19th, 2017

1. Meeting day and time
1a. Mondays at seven bells
1b. Next meeting September 11th at 7 bells
2. Teacher Roster is being updated.
2a.New section for inactive teachers will be added.
3. Call for a back-up moderator!
4.Questions were raised about the maximum number of Master Teachers allowed within the City.

Events of note -
Discussion of the current version of the MT Charter -
The only significant changes proposed was the minimum of 5 Master Teachers in Attendance to be able to call for a vote on any subject.
There was a minor addition to the MT Council roles, stating that should a proxy be present, and no MT volunteer, the proxy will take notes and add them to the minutes scroll. Should neither a volunteer or a proxy be present, note taking shall be decided by random. The MT with the lowest random being selected for the job.
Discussion of the Validity of Proxies - While several members of the MT Council spoke against proxies, it was decided for the time being, not to kill them.
Discussion of Apprentices - HikariX holds a dated apprentice halo, Golah has agreed to mentor him with Purple Lace as a secondary mentor.
Notice From Faelyn - It is in process for the Master Teachers to have a section of the archives for dissemination of information.
Next Meeting to be held 1930DST On the 11th day of the 12th month.
