Bequeath Doesn't Stick

The autolearn of arts during house ascensions worked flawlessly. I learned everything I was supposed to learn. However, when I came in the next day Bequeath (and only Bequeath) was missing from my arts list.

Not sure why it would be the only one that disappeared but I definitely learned it:

22:10:30: You have learned Bequeath as a result of your new house rank!

Found why. We've fixed it, but it's going to require a server restart, so we'll have that out in the next few days.

In the meantime, we'll give any Guardians or Rulers the art who are missing it via the DB.
