Chamele Bug

If one person is chameled and the other person doesn't have vision, they can't see your emotes. The bug to this is: if you are in party with someone and they enter the room while you're chameled and they don't have vision, if they then leave the room and you unchamele, they still cannot see your emotes unless you cast vision on them. This also applies to emotes from being damaged, such as weakening, appearing heavily damaged, and near dissolution. Here are logs showing this:
