PP points granting time

Whenever you try to grant someone a PP after you have previously granted them one, it says you must wait 7 days to grant them another. However, I was able to grant Starfall another point sometime within 1-3 days from when I granted her the first PP. So either the number of days required to wait is wrong, or the message about 7 days is wrong.

I would like to do some more testing on this. I'll look into the specific mechanics of PP and how it tracks that 7-day period, whether it's a Sunday-Saturday 7 days, or exactly 7 days from the date you first granted.

I would appreciate any logs you have of this happening during testing.

Has anyone retested the timeframes for granting PPoints? I would like to know if this is a continuing issue. A glance at the code, it seems to be set correctly.
