Sensing Newlies in Threshold - Outside The City Of Dreams

When playing today I noticed that upon evoking Newly Awakened I informed:
18:53:49: You sense the following newly awakened dreamers:
18:53:51: Xeoulkah Nozen, currently in Threshold - Outside The City Of Dreams
But when I located this dreamer by name it appeared that he wasn't dreaming, even though immediately using Newly Awakened again showed him in "Threshold - Outside The City Of Dreams".
This probably isn't really a problem, but the inconsistency seems sub-optimal.
