We on the GM Team look forward to supporting all of you with your various requests. In an effort to keep things running efficiently, please keep in mind the following:
Roleplay support requests must be emailed to roleplaying@underlight.com. Please do not submit your support request through some other means (discord, direct messages, emails sent to anything that's not roleplaying@underlight.com). There is a greater chance that your request will be missed.
If you have a request for help removing items stuck in walls or any other anomaly that would require a GM's presence in game to fix, please submit these requests via the roleplay report function in game.
