Roleplay Support

Hello!

I just wanted to remind our players, that if you are expecting a specific outcome to any RP storylines you're working on, it's super important you e-mail us and let us know.

We need to know a summary of the storyline/event. What will happen? What will you be doing? And most important, what end result do you expect to get out of this?

This doesn't mean you will get the results you want 100% of the time, but it gives us as GM's an idea of what you're expecting out of us. Sending in roleplay reports with the in-game function is great to notify any of the team that are currently available that you are doing something in game, but if we don't know what end result you expect, we aren't very likely to support the event. Or, you're not very likely to like how we support it.

In addition to the above information the GM Team would like to request that when you issue an email to roleplaying@underlight.com regarding a request for in-game support, that you please also please include as specific a date/time you are hoping for your role-play to be supported in-game. We recognize that not all player driven role-plays are designed to be publicized using the "Notices and Edicts" portion of the forums and want to make sure that we are able to address and support as many of your role-plays as possible. By providing a date/time expectation to your email the GM Team can work to ensure that an appropriate level of support is available for you.
