Changelog:

Playermare changes
Shamblixs and Horrons now have a chance to randomly shoot higher level chakrams.
Orbit requirement for Shamblixs to turn to Horron lowered to 30 (down from 45).
Playermares now have a collection of combat arts to use . Arts will improve as Player mares gain orbits.
Reworked protection arts on pmares. Pmares are no longer immune to effects. They now spawn with a set of protection arts: FA,Vision,Reflect,etc. If one of these is abjured or runs out, Pmares will have a chance to reapply effects automatically when they fire.
Playermares and Darkmares have a chance to absorb and redirect a Firestorm back across the room
Each time a pmare is collapsed their time remaining online will be reduced.
Playermares collapsing themselves (i.e. Sancing) will give the XP to the last person who attacked them as long as they are on the same plane
Increased XP gained from Shamblix pmares to 50,000 (up from 40,000).
Reduce XP gained from Horron pmares to 75,000 (down from 100,000)
The area that Horron DMs and Pmares can be hit in the back has been increased, making them easier to hit.

Forge Changes
Power Tokens can now be created with Charges. House arts arts will now use 1 charge instead of 1 token.
A forger can create an item up to half of their forge level for free (increased from 1/4th of their level previously)
Items can no longer be forged with higher charges than they could be genned with: 50 charges for Chakrams, 25 charges for alterors, and 25 charges for elemens.
Higher forged items will cost more power token charges
Added option to forge to allow Dreamseers with Combine can create items with double charges at double the cost
Duration of forgeable alterors has been reduced to be more in line with other item types and what is possible to be genned.

Guild Hall/GM Support Improvements
GMs will now be able to customize Keys for disabled portals. This will allow them to change the name (ex:Kabal Key instead of Key of Agonarius) as well as choose the lock ID, allowing them to easily “change the locks” on a disabled portal.


Teaching Changes
Master Teachers can now plateau Train
Master Teachers can now teach Quest
Teachers can now plateau any Flame/Blade art up to their own Art/Train level

Miscellaneous Changes
Bequeath is now learnable at Orbit 30
House specific arts, Power Token, Sacrifice, Corrupt Essence, and Bequeath are no longer untrained upon Demotion
Guild House is now Translocate, learnable at Orbit 30
House Mission Boards now display newest reports first
Removed ‘TCP Only’ option due to multiple instances of player abuse
Modified default Keybindings to be easier for new players and added “Focal Blade” and “Focal Flame” key options that evoke any blade/flame the character has
Level edits to support new Guilds
Removed warning on logout about unused Roleplay Points

Bug Fixes
Fixed bug with recharge where it was only adding 1 charge instead of the correct number as it neared max charges
Fixed Bug where non-infinite charged codexs could be read while on the floor.
Fixed bug with splitting essences across multiple Chaos Wells double counting the essence
Level edits to resolve issues with House portal locks
