Roleplaying: Email vs. In-game Reports

Post by Koi-Owl »

Hello Friends!

I would like to just throw a quick reminder out there about the proper way to contact the GM team regarding your RP ideas vs. RP events.

If you have an upcoming event you want us to plan support for, please e-mail roleplaying@underlight.com at LEAST a couple days before your event. This gives us the time to discuss the idea, plan for it, and find someone to support it.
If you have an RP idea you'd like us to consider, please e-mail roleplaying@underlight.com This way we can get it sent out to the entire team and get some feedback on it, as well as have an easy and proper way to reply to you.

In-game Roleplaying reports are for communicating with online members of the team that you are preparing to begin an event you already notified us about, to recognize great RP by someone, to give us a heads-up about something happening in the game, to request last minute RP support, etc.

Please do not send long RP ideas or event requests over several in-game RP reports. If it takes more than one in-game RP report to express, please e-mail us instead. If you don't, your idea isn't going to be tracked by the team, nor do we have a way to easily communicate with you about this idea.

Also keep in mind that if you had a big or important event planned -- and forget to e-mail us -- you can of course send an in-game roleplay report, but keep in mind that we may not have anyone available to support at last minute.

As always, if you have any questions on this or anything else RP related, you can email roleplaying@underlight.com You can reach me directly at owl@underlight.com And you can always contact any online Koi in discord chat.

Here recently we have had an influx of events and things going on within the game, so I would just like to remind you to please remember the expectations.

"If you have an upcoming event you want us to plan support for, please e-mail roleplaying@underlight.com at LEAST a couple days before your event. This gives us the time to discuss the idea, plan for it, and find someone to support it. Also remember, that when you send in an in a vague in-game report, this is usually in reference to an email that you have already sent in. If you are doing an impromptu roleplay, we advise and welcome you to send in an in game report as well, but please remember that this does not always guarantee support.

"In-game Roleplaying reports are for communicating with online members of the team that you are preparing to begin an event you already notified us about, to recognize great RP by someone, to give us a heads-up about something happening in the game, to request last minute RP support, etc."

If you have an questions or concerns, please always feel free to reach me through discord.
