It might be different in this version of UL, but in SoT UL, Stagger was orbit 20, not 40.

Blind might be 40 or 45, I'm not sure; it was 45 in SoT UL, but that was when Enfebelement was orbit 40.

Pretty sure Stagger is 40 and Blind 45. I always use this thread for reference: viewtopic.php?f=41&t=1197

Yeah, I hesitate to make any edits because I'm not sure what it is in this version. But that does leave a strange gap in FateSender 2nd sphere, where they learn no focus art, then.

Fair enough. Anyone who feels confident enough to make the edits can do that. We have IG scroll versions of this spreadsheet that we created several months ago. Once I do some validations (assuming the edits have been done), I'll correct the corresponding library scrolls as well.
