Question about CTF flag items

We had a gm in SOT that did all the library and wordsmith stuff. She would help characters condense things. I know our items for placing large pieces of history are different than this version of the game. I did notice the CTF flags that hold more.. are these available to condense histories to utilize in the new area of the museum?
